RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Overview
Javier Pereira Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster. Because roasted coffee is a fresh, perishable food product, opened bags cannot be returned for food-safety and hygiene reasons. This policy explains the cases in which we will gladly replace your order or issue a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. To help us process it quickly, please include your order number and a photo of the product and packaging.
Unopened products
Unopened bags in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you and process your refund.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened or partially used coffee bags (perishable food).
- Gift cards.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery — except damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, which are covered above.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card or account used at checkout) through our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
How to start a return or report a problem
Email info@javierpereira.coffee or call/text us at +1 (786) 949-4608 with your order number. Our team will confirm whether a return is needed and, if so, send you the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.
Return shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we cover return shipping. For other eligible returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
